Generally, no. Most of our deals are for cash buyers, private money, or hard money lenders due to the condition or timeline of the sale. If you need financing, we can connect you with investor-friendly lenders who understand fast closings.Our team conducts a comprehensive market analysis to help you determine the best price for your property. We take into account factors such as location, size, condition, and recent sales to ensure that you get the most value for your investment.
