James Parish founded The Property Plug™ with a simple goal: make real estate investing more transparent and approachable. His background in finance and hands-on property experience taught him to look beyond the asking price and understand what makes a deal work.

After seeing how inflated property values and missing information could leave investors at a disadvantage, James set out to build a business around honest conversations, clear numbers, and lasting relationships. That approach continues to guide how we work today.
