We collect the information you provide when you fill out a form, join our Preferred Buyers™ list, submit property information or contact us. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or property address, entity name, investment criteria (areas, price range, strategy and funding source), details about a property you want to sell, and any proof-of-funds document you choose to upload.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the page you arrived from and campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we know how people find us.

Proof-of-funds documents

Proof-of-funds files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. They are used only to verify a buyer’s ability to close and are never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask us to delete your file at any time.

Calls, texts and email

If you give consent on one of our forms, we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about property inventory, your property, showings and other matters related to real estate investing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (for example, our CRM, website hosting and email providers), who are required to keep it confidential, and, when you ask us to, with parties to your transaction such as a title company or lender.
